Q: Why can't I view all of the domains meeting my search criteria?

A: If you do not have a membership to the site, you will not be able to view more than 20 matches to your search criteria. In many cases, this will provide you with the details you desire. If you are already a member, please be sure to log-in before performing your search. If you need a membership, simply click the Memberships tag.
 
Q: I have found a deleted domain. How can I purchase it?

A: DeletedDomains.com does not provide registration services. You simply need to go to a domain registrar of your choice and register the domain through them.
 
Q: I have tried registering a domain which is listed as deleted, but am told it is not available. What gives?

A: Different registrars have different deletion methods, and as such, a domain listed as deleted may not be available for a few days. We recommend trying to register it every day until you get it! Make sure you get it before someone else does!
 
Q: I have a membership but no longer need it. How do I cancel?

A: Simply log-in and you will be able to automatically cancel your membership. We will allow you to continue using it until the last day you have paid for.
 
Q: Can I get a refund since I do not need my membership any longer?

A: Sorry, memberships are not refundable and cannot be prorated. Simply cancel your membership to prevent it from recurring.
 
Q: Can I get a complete list of the domains in your database?

A: No, we do not provide access to our database.
